Turtinen Communications, Inc. was founded in 1965
by Ralph Turtinen in Wayzata, Minnesota. The business
grew from a successful public relations and publishing firm into a Foundation and non-profit association management company. The associations have included the
Trans-Mississippi Golf Association; Minnesota Bakers Association, and the Minnesota Golf Course Superintendents' Association each for more than 20 years. Currently, two sons, Scott and Jeff manage and serve on the Boards of the Minnesota Park and Sports Turf Managers Association,
and the Minnesota Turf and Grounds Foundation.
